Dylan and Caden love playing in the kitchen and especially love kicking empty water bottled, plastic containers and anything else on the tile floor. The boys have had a couple of spills especially when they are wearing their supposed non-slip socks. The “non-slip” socks they have barely have any grip on the bottom to really keep them from slipping.
Most places don’t have really good non-slip socks. So I’ve been on the search for some decent grip socks for toddlers. I’ve found a couple of finds and hope to uncover a solution for my boys feet.
Most days I just take their socks off cause I don’t want to risk anymore kitchen falls. Although during the colder weather I really hate having them with their socks off.
Here’s what I found and I’d love to hear if you have other ideas for this dilemma.
1. Make your own Non-Skid Slipper Socks! I found this video on Howcast.com. Tell me what you think!
I really am leaning toward making my own grip socks. I’ll let you know if the do the job! If any of you have any suggestions I’d love to hear it.
