3. Water: Thirdly I am saying goodby to my dear friends Pepsi and Coke. Oh, how I love them so! It’s for the best though because there is something about those sweet drinks that takes me in a downward spiral of eating and apathy. I’m focusing on drinking more water and making it a primary beverage in my day to day life.
OK so why am I posting this for all to see? Well having goals and not letting anyone know about them can be a sure set up for not following through. So with accountability from my hubby and friends like you I’m hoping will encourage me to keep on with my decision.
This is just the beginning so I’m sure I’ll make adjustments along the way. I’ll try to keep you all updated as to my progress and helpful things I learn along the way.
